Asian Cup 2007: Indonesia and Vietnam

In Asian Cup 2007, two countries have entertained their home fans a lot. Hardly anyone expected anything big from these two countries but they played superbly in Asian Cup 2007. Vietnam has reached the quarter final stage in Asian Cup 2007 and in the quarter final they will play against Iraq. Well, you may not be very hopeful about Vietnam as it going to play this match in Thailand. It does not matter if Vietnam can go to the semifinal of Asian Cup 2007 or not but it is a reality that it has come a long way in the tournament.

On the other hand, Indonesian team got defeated to Korea and failed to qualify for the quarterfinal. Today, thousands of Indonesian fans came to the stadium to cheer for their team. Even the Indonesian president came to the stadium. Indonesia was unfortunate not to go to the quarterfinal. However, the performance of Indonesian football touched the heart of every Indonesian.
